By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the policies and conditions below.

1. Order Acceptance
All orders placed with BattleHawk Armory are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment verification, fraud review, applicable laws and regulations, inventory confirmation, and any required FFL or compliance verification.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of inventory availability or final acceptance of an order. BattleHawk Armory reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary, including because of inventory discrepancies, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory restrictions, product restrictions, fulfillment limitations, or other circumstances affecting our ability to lawfully or reasonably fulfill the order.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. Items cannot be added, removed, substituted, exchanged, or changed after checkout.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and must be submitted before the order becomes locked for fulfillment.
For purposes of this policy, an order is considered submitted for fulfillment when the customer receives the second order-status email indicating that the order has been submitted or released for fulfillment.
If a cancellation request is received before the order is submitted for fulfillment, BattleHawk Armory may cancel the order without a cancellation fee when operationally possible.
Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, an approved cancellation is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Once an order has entered a shipping-imminent, picked, packed, shipped, or otherwise non-reversible fulfillment status, cancellation may no longer be possible.

BattleHawk Armory accepts the payment methods displayed and made available during checkout. Available payment methods may vary based on the order, product, transaction amount, customer location, or other factors.
Eligible transactions paid by credit card are subject to a 3% credit card surcharge. The surcharge is disclosed during checkout and is applied to qualifying credit card transactions.
Debit card transactions are not subject to the credit card surcharge.
Credit card surcharges may not be refundable in connection with cancellations, returns, partial refunds, refused shipments, denied transfers, or other refunds, subject to applicable law and payment-network requirements.
Alternative payment or financing options, when offered, may be provided by independent third parties and may be subject to additional terms, approval requirements, fees, or restrictions imposed by those providers.

Prices, promotions, discounts, availability, specifications, product descriptions, images, and other website information are subject to change without notice.
BattleHawk Armory makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product and pricing information but does not warrant that all website information will be error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing mistakes, inventory discrepancies, or other listing issues and to cancel or adjust affected orders when necessary.
Product images may be representative. Customers are responsible for reviewing the manufacturer part number, SKU, UPC, model, specifications, caliber, capacity, compatibility, and other identifying information before ordering.

Shipping and processing estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees. Processing time may vary based on product availability, warehouse location, order volume, payment review, compliance review, FFL requirements, weather, carrier conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information may be generated before the carrier physically receives or scans a package. Customers should allow sufficient time for carrier tracking systems to update.

6. Priority Fulfillment
Priority Fulfillment is an optional service that provides expedited internal order handling through applicable BattleHawk Armory processing and fulfillment workflows.
Priority Fulfillment is a processing service and is not expedited carrier shipping.
Most qualifying Priority Fulfillment orders are expected to ship within approximately 1–3 business days. Certain products, inventory locations, fulfillment methods, payment reviews, FFL requirements, NFA requirements, compliance requirements, or other order-specific circumstances may require additional processing time.
Priority Fulfillment does not guarantee same-day shipment, a specific shipment date, carrier transit time, delivery date, or exemption from any legal, payment, inventory, FFL, NFA, compliance, or verification requirement.
Priority Fulfillment is a processing service and is not expedited carrier shipping.

7. Returns & Restocking Fees
Eligible merchandise may be returned only in accordance with this policy and after receiving any required return authorization from BattleHawk Armory.
The 30-day return period begins on the date the original order is placed. Eligible returned merchandise must be received back by BattleHawk Armory within 30 calendar days of the original order date. Return transit time is included within this 30-day period.
Unless otherwise stated, merchandise must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original manufacturer packaging with all included components, documentation, accessories, labels, and materials.

8. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Merchandise
All sales are final on firearms, suppressors, ammunition, and merchandise that has been opened, used, installed, mounted, fired, altered, or otherwise removed from its original saleable condition.
Opened electronics and Forced Reset Triggers (FRTs) are also final sale and are not eligible for return.

9. Product Compatibility & Incorrectly Ordered Merchandise
Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before placing an order.
Ordering an incorrect size, model, caliber, gauge, generation, capacity, thread pitch, mounting pattern, footprint, fitment, configuration, color, or otherwise incompatible product does not constitute an error by BattleHawk Armory.
If incorrectly ordered merchandise is otherwise eligible for return, it will be handled under the standard return policy, including applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, and return requirements.
Ordering an incorrect size, model, caliber, gauge, generation, capacity, thread pitch, mounting pattern, footprint, fitment, configuration, color, or otherwise incompatible product does not constitute an error by BattleHawk Armory.
If incorrectly ordered merchandise is otherwise eligible for return, it will be handled under the standard return policy, including applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, and return requirements.
10. Incorrect or Mis-Shipped Merchandise
If BattleHawk Armory ships an incorrect item or determines that a fulfillment error occurred, please contact our Customer Experience team before returning the merchandise.
If BattleHawk Armory confirms that the return resulted from our error, applicable standard restocking fees and return-shipping charges associated with correcting the error will be waived.
Any incorrectly shipped or mis-shipped merchandise must be received back by BattleHawk Armory before the corrected or replacement item will be shipped.
Returned merchandise must include the item and all packaging, accessories, components, documentation, and other materials originally received unless otherwise instructed by BattleHawk Armory.
If BattleHawk Armory confirms that the return resulted from our error, applicable standard restocking fees and return-shipping charges associated with correcting the error will be waived.

11. Refused Deliveries & Return to Sender Shipments
Do not refuse delivery of a shipment as a method of canceling or returning an order.
Refusing delivery does not constitute an approved cancellation or authorized return. Packages that are refused, undeliverable, unclaimed, returned to sender, or otherwise returned without authorization may be subject to applicable cancellation or restocking fees, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, address-correction fees, and other costs incurred in connection with the shipment.
Any remaining eligible refund will be determined after the merchandise has been received and inspected.
Refusing delivery does not constitute an approved cancellation or authorized return. Packages that are refused, undeliverable, unclaimed, returned to sender, or otherwise returned without authorization may be subject to applicable cancellation or restocking fees, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, address-correction fees, and other costs incurred in connection with the shipment.
Any remaining eligible refund will be determined after the merchandise has been received and inspected.
12. Firearms, FFL Transfers & Denied Transfers
Firearms must be shipped to and transferred through an appropriately licensed FFL as required by law. Customers are responsible for selecting an eligible receiving dealer and for complying with all federal, state, and local requirements applicable to the purchase, possession, transfer, and receipt of the firearm.
Customers are also responsible for any transfer fees or other charges imposed by the receiving FFL.
If a firearm transfer is denied, failed, abandoned, not completed, or returned by the receiving FFL because the customer does not timely complete the transfer or cannot legally receive the firearm, the returned firearm is subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus applicable original shipping, return shipping, carrier, transfer, or other charges incurred.
Firearms returned by an FFL must remain unfired and in the condition in which they were shipped. BattleHawk Armory will determine any eligible refund after the firearm is received and inspected.
Customers are also responsible for any transfer fees or other charges imposed by the receiving FFL.
If a firearm transfer is denied, failed, abandoned, not completed, or returned by the receiving FFL because the customer does not timely complete the transfer or cannot legally receive the firearm, the returned firearm is subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus applicable original shipping, return shipping, carrier, transfer, or other charges incurred.

13. Suppressors & NFA Items
Suppressors and other NFA-regulated products are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, transfer procedures, approvals, registrations, and compliance requirements.
Suppressor and NFA-item sales are final. Processing or transfer timelines associated with government agencies, receiving dealers, or other third parties are outside BattleHawk Armory's control and are not guaranteed.

14. State, Local & Product Restrictions
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to products ordered from BattleHawk Armory, including restrictions relating to firearms, ammunition, magazines, magazine capacity, suppressors, firearm features, accessories, and other regulated products.
BattleHawk Armory may refuse, cancel, remove, or decline to ship any item when we determine that fulfillment may violate applicable law, regulation, carrier restriction, company policy, or other legal or compliance requirement.
If an item cannot legally or lawfully be fulfilled to the selected destination, the affected item or order may be canceled. Any applicable refund, cancellation fee, restocking fee, shipping charge, or other adjustment will be determined based on the status of the order and the circumstances resulting in the restriction, subject to applicable law.
BattleHawk Armory may refuse, cancel, remove, or decline to ship any item when we determine that fulfillment may violate applicable law, regulation, carrier restriction, company policy, or other legal or compliance requirement.
If an item cannot legally or lawfully be fulfilled to the selected destination, the affected item or order may be canceled. Any applicable refund, cancellation fee, restocking fee, shipping charge, or other adjustment will be determined based on the status of the order and the circumstances resulting in the restriction, subject to applicable law.
15. Bundles, Promotional Merchandise & Free Goods
Products sold as a bundle, package, kit, promotional offer, or with free or discounted merchandise must generally be returned as a complete package when a return is otherwise permitted.
If a customer retains any component, promotional item, free item, gift, discounted accessory, or other merchandise included with the original purchase, BattleHawk Armory may deduct the regular, stated, or promotional value of the retained merchandise from any refund otherwise due.
Returning one component of a bundled or promotional purchase may also cause the remaining merchandise to lose any bundle or promotional discount originally applied.
If a customer retains any component, promotional item, free item, gift, discounted accessory, or other merchandise included with the original purchase, BattleHawk Armory may deduct the regular, stated, or promotional value of the retained merchandise from any refund otherwise due.

16. Gift Cards & Store Credit
BattleHawk Armory gift cards and store credits may be used toward eligible purchases in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of redemption.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Gift cards, balances, expiration treatment, and unclaimed property obligations will be administered in accordance with applicable law.
When an eligible purchase made using a gift card or store credit is refunded, the applicable portion of the refund may be returned to gift card balance, store credit, the original payment method, or a combination of payment methods as appropriate based on the original transaction.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Gift cards, balances, expiration treatment, and unclaimed property obligations will be administered in accordance with applicable law.

17. Package Protection, Loss & Shipping Claims
Optional package protection may be offered during checkout. Any package-protection service is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that service.
Customers should promptly report packages that appear lost, damaged, misdelivered, or otherwise affected by a shipping issue. BattleHawk Armory may require photographs, carrier documentation, statements, identification, affidavits, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate or process a shipping claim.

18. Manufacturer Warranties & Product Issues
Many products sold by BattleHawk Armory are covered by warranties provided directly by the manufacturer. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.
Defects, malfunctions, warranty claims, or product-performance concerns discovered after a product has been opened, installed, mounted, fired, or used may need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer rather than through BattleHawk Armory's return process.

19. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention
BattleHawk Armory may hold, review, verify, decline, or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary to verify payment information, billing information, identity, transaction legitimacy, or compliance.
We may request additional information or documentation before fulfilling an order. Failure to provide requested verification may result in delay or cancellation.

20. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact BattleHawk Armory Customer Experience before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
BattleHawk Armory reserves the right to provide order records, shipment records, tracking information, communications, acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and other relevant transaction information to payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, financing providers, or other parties involved in investigating a payment dispute.

21. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to purchases, transactions, use of the BattleHawk Armory website, or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.
Any arbitration provision, dispute-resolution procedure, venue requirement, governing-law provision, or class-action waiver contained in these Terms is intended to be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or a controlling arbitration agreement, venue for disputes involving BattleHawk Armory shall be in Polk County, Iowa.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

BattleHawk Armory may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of a transaction will apply to that transaction except where otherwise required by applicable law.
