Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
A: If you see on the product "Ships fast, or available in store BattleHawk Armory, Grimes, IA" those items ship the fastest, usually within 1-3 days. Other items typically ship within 7-10 business days, however most orders ship much sooner.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A MILITARY / LAW ENFORCEMENT DISCOUNT?
A: While we greatly appreciate our military and law enforcement, we try to offer all customers our best pricing and do not offer any additional discounts. Thank you for your service.
Q: I ONLY ORDERED AN ACCESSORY, WILL IT TAKE JUST AS LONG TO SHIP AS A FIREARM?
A: All orders are processed in the order they are received, whether flashlights or firearms purchases, it makes no difference to shipping times, however some orders may move faster through a warehouse than another for unspecified reasons.
Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY CURRENT PROMO CODES?
A: As an aggressively priced online retailer we do not typically have coupon codes, however you may check for current promotions here: BattleHawkArmory.com/promos. If that page does not have any promo codes, we have no current promo codes.
Q: IF I SELECT AN FFL FROM YOUR WEBSITE DURING CHECKOUT DOES THAT MEAN YOU HAVE THEM ON FILE?
A: No, this is a general FFL list. Please contact your receiving FFL licensed dealer and have them email their license to us. This is the customer's responsibility to acquire and send to us. If receiving FFL requires us to initiate the request, please provide us with their email and send an email to FFL@BattleHawk.com. If you do not see your FFL from the dropdown list, please choose a nearby FFL and email us the new one ASAP to FFL@Battlehawk.com.
Q: HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
A: Shipping charges vary and can only be determined at checkout after you enter your address information as it may depend on the items in your cart and your location.
Q: DO WE CHARGE CREDIT CARD FEES?
A: NO, we do not charge credit card fees.
Q: WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
A: Your order either ships from us in Iowa or a distributor partner in Louisiana, Illinois, Iowa, Texas, California, Indiana, Alabama, or Tennessee. Please make sure your receiving FFL local dealer will accept distributor dropships before placing the order.
Q: WHY DON'T YOU SHIP TO CALIFORNIA?
A: Between California’s firearm/ammunition transfer laws, handgun roster, new tax laws, new AB 1263 identity and shipping rules, and the added regulatory layers like Prop 65 warnings, the legal compliance burden on out-of-state sellers is extremely high. Unfortunately, we are not structured to meet all of these requirements at this time, and we must avoid shipping into California to stay compliant with federal and state law and stay in business, we unfortunately offer ZERO EXCEPTIONS to this regardless of military/law enforcement/or FFL status
Q: DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?
A: Yes, our retail store is located at 3060 SE GRIMES BLVD, Suite 600, Grimes, Iowa 50111. We are open Monday through Friday 10am-5pm, and are closed on weekends and most holidays. Please note online inventory does not represent what may be available in our retail store. Web listings will show what is in stock in store or only available online.
