At BattleHawk Armory, we prioritize the safety and compliance of our customers by offering shipments to local FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealers. Any firearm orders and NFA (National Firearms Act) items must undergo a transfer process through an FFL holder.

What are FFL Transfers?

An FFL transfer is a legal procedure required by federal law when purchasing firearms or NFA items. It involves using a licensed FFL dealer as an intermediary to conduct background checks and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This process is crucial to ensure that firearms and NFA items are transferred lawfully and responsibly.

When you make a firearm purchase or select an NFA item from our extensive inventory, BattleHawk Armory will seamlessly guide you through the transfer process. We'll coordinate with your chosen local FFL dealer to facilitate the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transfer of your order.

Can’t find your FFL Dealer on the list? No problem. Please ask your preferred dealer to email a copy of their FFL License to FFL@BHArmory.com and we’ll gladly add them to the list.
