#1 WHEN WILL A SPECIFIC ITEM BE IN STOCK?
We are always trying to source items, but we have no ETAs on anything. Please find the out-of-stock listing, add it to your wishlist, and you will be notified when it's back in stock. We do not accept backorders as prices cannot be guaranteed.
#2 IS ITEM IN STOCK?
We work hard to maintain website inventory accuracy. If you see "in stock" below the price, or it says "in stock," that means the item is indeed in stock and ready for online order at that very moment.
#3 FFL RECEIVED?
We process the FFL inbox as soon as possible. Please send all FFL correspondence, inquiries, and changes to FFL@BattleHawk.com. Support inquiries should not be sent to this email.
#4 HOW MUCH IS TAX/SHIPPING?
Due to economic Nexus requirements, we may or may not have to collect sales tax in your state. Shipping is calculated per warehouse or per item. To preview shipping and tax, enter your address in the checkout process without completing payment.
#5 DO WE HAVE MIL/LE DISCOUNT?
While we value first responders and military, we offer all customers the same prices and do not currently have a blanket MIL/LE discount. However, we do have in-store programs like Glock-Blue Label, Shadow Systems-Patriot & Protector, and others.
#6 DO WE OFFER LAYAWAY?
We currently require all orders to be paid in full and do not offer layaway. However, we integrate with Credova financing and Sezzle Pay for flexible payment options.
#7 I WISH TO CANCEL OR ADD ON TO AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly. In most cases, we cannot cancel or modify orders. A 10% cancellation fee applies to cancellations.
#8 CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES?
Current shipping times are up to 7 business days, although most orders ship within 2-3 business days.
#9 DO YOU HAVE ANY PROMO CODES?
We typically do not offer promo codes due to low margins but check our promotion page at

#10 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
