#1 WHEN WILL A SPECIFIC ITEM BE IN STOCK?
We are always trying to source items, we have no ETA's on anything, please find the out of stock listing, add it to your wishlist and you will be notified when it's back in stock. We do not accept backorders as prices cannot be guaranteed.
#2 IS ITEM IN STOCK?
We are working very hard to maintain website inventory accuracy, if you see a in stock" below the price, or it says in stock, that means that it is indeed in stock and ready for online order at that very moment.
#3 FFL RECEIVED?
We go thru the FFL inbox as soon as we possibly can, if we do not find it we will send another email and/or call you receiving FFL as time permits. All FFL correspondence, FFL changes, FFL inquiries, FFL contact info, FFL selection needs sent to FFL@BHARMORY.com. (no support inquiries here)

#4 HOW MUCH IS TAX/SHIPPING? Due to economic Nexus requirements we may or may not have to collect sales tax in your state. Shipping is calculated on a per warehouse, or per item charge. To preview Shipping and Tax in checkout put in your full address and click to the next step in the checkout process. (no payment information required, no information captured unless order placed or account created)
#5 DO WE HAVE MIL/LE DISCOUNT? While we greatly value our first responders and military we try and offer all customers the same great prices, and do not currently have a one size fits all MIL/LE discount due to varying margins We do have in store programs such as Glock- Blue Label, Shadow Systems- Patriot & Protector, SIG -LE, Smith & Wesson Guardians, but these promotions are unable to be serviced online, they are in store only discounts. #6 DO WE OFFER LAYAWAY? We currently require all orders to be paid in full and do not offer layaway, we do integrate with Credova financing who may or may not have some interest free offers, to learn more or apply visit Credova.com and we currently offer Sezzle Pay in Four interest free payments, for more information visit Sezzle.com
#7 I WISH TO CANCEL OR ADD ON TO ORDER
Typically after the order is placed we immediately process the order to ensure quick shipping and lock down inventory. In most cases we cannot cancel, edit, or add on to orders as they are already processed and pushed to warehouse for shipping. If we are able to get an order cancelled please not per agreed upon terms at checkout we charge a 10% ORDER CANCELLATION FEE, please be aware this fee will be charged if you request to cancel.
#8 CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES? Our current shipping times are up to 7 business days, although most orders are shipping within 2-3 business days.
#9 DO YOU HAVE ANY PROMO CODES? As a low priced online retailer we charge actual shipping costs, and have varying and typically very slim margins, we typically do not offer promo codes, but you can always check on our promotion page here: www.battlehawkarmory.com/promos, There may be promo codes available by signing up for promotional emails on the bottom of any page.
#10 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS - We DO NOT SHIP AMMO to: California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Hawaii, District of Columbia, Alaska, or Illinois.<br/> We DO NOT SHIP GUNS to California without exception. We DO NOT SHIP HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINES (Over 10 round capacity) to California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, DC, Hawaii, Vermont, Colorado, Maryland, Mass, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Delaware. We currently do not ship any guns, ammo, or high cap mags to these states without exception, and regardless of Credentials, LE, or FFL. We will continue to enhance our software capabilities and hope to unlock and add shipping back to these states as we can.
