The Wilson Combat Recon Tactical, in 5.56 NATO, is based on the Wilson Combat WC-15 rifle. The 16" 416R stainless steel Wilson Combat Match Grade, Recon Profile barrel with a intermediate-length gas system, 1:8 twist and a 1/2"-28 TPI threaded muzzle is protected from the elements with a black Armor-Tuff finish. Recoil reduction and reduced muzzle rise are achieved with a Q-Comp muzzle brake/compensator. The Q-Comp reduces muzzle blast without excessive blow-back directed towards the shooter. Billet aluminum hard anodized, optic ready, upper and lower receivers have a precise fit with minimal movement for increased accuracy. There is plenty of space for lights, lasers, vertical grips, or other accessories on the Wilson Combat M-LOK rail. The top of the forend is a full length Picatinny rail. Accuracy and reliability are enhanced with the premium bolt carrier group and the Wilson Combat Tactical Trigger Unit M2 which is set at a 4 lbs trigger press. Shooting comfort and control are maintained with the adjustable Wilson/Rogers Super-Stoc and the BCM Gunfighter Grip.
