The Wilson Combat EDC X9L 5" offers a long-slide version of the renowned EDC X9, perfect for defensive and recreational shooters who prefer a longer sight radius. This firearm combines the accuracy, ergonomics, and trigger pull of the classic 1911 design with enhanced reliability and high-capacity performance.

The EDC X9L 5" features a match-grade barrel and a high-capacity 9mm 1911 frame similar in size to a traditional compact, single-stack 1911. The X-frame is machined from T6-7075 aluminum and accepts high-capacity magazines, all while retaining traditional 1911 controls. The ergonomic design of the X-frame grip, along with an enlarged trigger guard window and various trigger pad length options, ensures a comfortable fit for all hand sizes and improved recoil control.

Additional specifications include unique slide features, heavy machine chamfer on the slide's bottom, a fluted chamber and barrel, slide top serrations, serrated rear slide, and carry cuts/ball endmill cuts. This pistol comes with two 15-round capacity magazines and is designed to fit the majority of leather holsters on the market designed for 5" 1911 pistols.
