The Green Triggered Company Disruptor Ambi combines the patented Disruptor forced reset trigger with the factory-equipped SBW (Swings Both Ways) Ambidextrous Selector for complete left- and right-handed operation.

The Disruptor Ambi is a self-contained drop-in cassette trigger designed to provide a crisp, consistent trigger pull and dependable reset. The included SBW selector provides access to all three selector positions from either side of the firearm.

What's Different About the Ambi Version?

Mechanically, the Disruptor Ambi is identical to the standard Disruptor. The cassette, hammer, trigger, disconnector, springs, and patented reset mechanism remain unchanged.

The difference is the factory-installed SBW (Swings Both Ways) Ambidextrous Selector, which provides three-position selector control from either side of the firearm.

Lower Receiver Fitment Requirements

The Disruptor requires sufficient internal clearance in the lower receiver for its operating mechanism. It is intended for low-shelf / full-auto-pocket-style AR-15 lower receivers with adequate internal clearance.

Most Colt-style high-shelf lowers and other high-shelf receivers do not provide enough room for the Disruptor mechanism to operate and are not compatible.

Lower receivers can vary by manufacturer and production run. The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. An incompatible lower receiver is not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.

Buffer Requirements

Proper buffer configuration is required for reliable operation:

• Barrels 16" or shorter: Minimum H2 buffer required

• Barrels over 16" through 20": H3 buffer recommended

• Standard rifle buffer for applicable 20" A2 rifle-stock configurations

Troubleshooting & Compatibility

Before troubleshooting the trigger, verify both of the following:

Lower Receiver: The lower must have a low-shelf / full-auto-pocket configuration with sufficient internal clearance. Most high-shelf and Colt-style high-shelf receivers do not provide adequate clearance.

Buffer: Verify that the firearm is equipped with the appropriate buffer for its configuration. A minimum H2 buffer is required for barrels 16" or shorter, with an H3 recommended for barrels over 16" through 20".
