NFA The MFMD-MD/SDX system is a compact, hearing-safe NFA suppressor solution that integrates a primary muzzle device with a removable Suppressor Device Extended (SDX) module for 300 Blackout platforms. Designed for rifles with 5/8x24 threads, it mounts flush with a 0.0" over-the-barrel requirement. Installation is direct-thread using the included shim set and torque tool. No adapters required. MD+SDX System

Integrates the MD (Muzzle Device) with the removable SDX (Suppressor Device Extended) module. Together, MD and SDX provide maximum sound suppression available in the MFMD 300 BLK 0.0 OTB configuration--a dramatic performance increase over MD-alone.

Flow-Through Inconel Construction

3D-printed monolithic Inconel construction with flow-through internal geometry manages gas forward--eliminates traditional baffles and backpressure increase. Bolt velocity change ?2% from baseline.

0.0" Flush OTB Mount

Requires 0.0" over-the-barrel clearance--flush mount from barrel shoulder to first obstruction. Maximum barrel diameter <=0.85". Measure carefully before ordering; if you don't have the clearance, it doesn't fit.

Removable SDX Module

The SDX extension is removable--run MD-only for the most compact configuration, or attach SDX for maximum sound suppression. The modular design provides configuration flexibility in a single NFA item.

No Bolt Velocity Change

Bolt velocity change of ?2% vs. baseline across all firing schedules. The flow-through design does not alter weapon cycling characteristics--no adjustable gas block required on host weapon.

Direct Thread Installation

5/8x24 direct thread installation using included shims and torque tool. No adapters required--precise alignment achieved with included hardware.
