Flow-Through Inconel Construction

3D-printed monolithic Inconel construction with flow-through internal geometry manages gas forward--eliminates traditional baffles and backpressure increase. The design vents combustion gases forward rather than rearward, keeping bolt velocity change to ?2% from baseline.

0.0" Flush OTB Mount

Requires 0.0" over-the-barrel clearance--flush mount from barrel shoulder to first obstruction. Installation is possible only when the barrel shoulder sits even with or ahead of any obstruction. Maximum barrel diameter <=0.85". Measure carefully before ordering; if you don't have the clearance, it doesn't fit.

Flash Reduction

Approximately 40% flash reduction vs. baseline flash hider. The flow-through geometry redirects and cools combustion gases forward--reduces visible flash signature in laboratory testing.

Sound Reduction

Approximately 17 dB sound reduction at right ear vs. baseline--achieved without SD or SDX extension components. The MD-only configuration delivers hearing-safe performance in compact dimensions for 300 BLK applications.

Recoil Reduction

Approximately 53% rearward recoil reduction vs. baseline. The forward gas venting redirects propellant energy--reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise for faster follow-up shots.

No Bolt Velocity Change

Bolt velocity change of ?2% vs. baseline across all firing schedules. The flow-through design does not alter weapon cycling characteristics--no adjustable gas block required on host weapon.

Direct Thread Installation

5/8x24 direct thread installation using included shims and torque tool. No adapters required--precise alignment achieved with included hardware.
