SOCKET Construction and Finish
The one-piece aluminum body combines a compact form with the strength of 7075-T6 alloy. A Black MIL-STD Type III, Class 2 hardcoat anodized finish protects the exterior and coordinates with other Black accessories. The mount is made in the USA.
Rounded, streamlined contours reduce protruding edges around the attachment point. The anti-snag design is useful when carrying a slung firearm alongside clothing or outdoor equipment. At only 12 grams, the SOCKET adds very little weight to the handguard.
M-LOK Compatibility and Included Hardware
The SOCKET attaches to a compatible M-LOK interface using included Magpul M-LOK hardware. A compatible QD sling swivel provides the connection between the socket and your sling. Confirm both the handguard interface and the swivel fit before ordering.
