The RMU Mount is ideal for lifting a variety of optics with fixed height, lower 1/3 co-witness heights such as the EOTech line of holographic optics, Vortex Optics AMG UH-1, and Sig Optics ROMEO8T to an elevated height which is more ergonomic when using helmet-borne night vision or for shooters who prefer a more upright shooting stance. Machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized black finish. Attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail and offers optimal sight placement with an increase in height of 0.625 inches. The spring-loaded nitride steel clamp and mounting bolt simplify the installation process and sit flush with the body of the mount for a low-profile, anti-snag design. 9-slot footprint provides secure mounting platform.
