Nighthawk IOS Plate, Trijicon SRO/RMR, No Irons

Interchangeable Optic System (IOS) Red Dot Plate - Trijicon SRO

The plate, correct mounting screws, IOS plate pin, and Allen wrench are all included. Other IOS optic plates are designed to slide on and off quickly with the removal of a set screw and retaining pin, making switching from red dot to iron sights a breeze. Unlike standard other IOS plates, the SRO plates cannot be switched with the SRO optic still on the plate. Due to the glass hanging off the front of the footprint on the Trijicon SRO, the red dot optic must be removed from the plate to access the set screw of the IOS plate. The backup rear iron sight was also machined off to accommodate the SRO design. After removing the optic from the plate, the plate can be easily removed from your 1911 pistol, and you can then switch back to your iron sight plate.

While this is not ideal, with many customer requests- Nighthawk Custom still wanted to offer a way to run the SRO on our Interchangeable Optic System.
