Jacob Grey NOX Gentleman Series, 9mm, Ported/Comp, 18rd, Midnight Black, Pistol

Jacob Grey NOX Gentleman Series, 9mm, Ported/Comp, 18rd, Midnight Black, Pistol

The Jacob Grey NOX Gentleman Series in Midnight Black is a 9mm double-stack 1911 pistol built around a stainless steel ported barrel and integrated compensator. Its six-port V6 system, hand-fitted slide and 2.5-pound Controlled Radius Trigger combine recoil management with carefully fitted construction. Midnight Black gives the wide-body slide and sculpted profile an understated appearance that keeps the focus on the pistol's machining and fit.

This 18-round configuration pairs custom aluminum grips with an ambidextrous safety and a full dust cover carrying a Mil-Spec Picatinny rail. RMR/SRO-pattern optic readiness provides a defined interface for a compatible red dot. The pistol includes 18-round magazines and a soft case, with DLC and PVD finishes completing its custom presentation.

Stainless Ported Barrel and Integrated Compensator

The stainless steel barrel combines six-port V6 porting with an integrated compensator. Both elements use propellant gases as part of the pistol's recoil-management system, helping manage muzzle movement and supporting sight recovery during range practice. The porting and compensator are developed together as part of the NOX Gentleman platform.

Jacob Grey uses computational fluid dynamics in the compensator's development to evaluate gas behavior and refine its geometry. That work complements the stainless barrel and V6 arrangement, making the complete barrel system a central reason to choose the NOX Gentleman. The result is a factory-integrated ported and compensated configuration for enthusiasts who value controlled handling.

Hand-Fitted Slide and Custom Aluminum Grips

The hand-fitted wide-body slide receives close attention at the slide-to-frame interfaces. Controlling that relationship supports smooth movement and consistent fit between the major components, qualities that are readily noticeable when handling a carefully built 1911. The custom aluminum grips provide a metal gripping surface that complements the pistol's fitted construction and distinctive appearance.

Jacob Grey builds its firearms in the United States with in-house machining, finishing and assembly. The Gentleman Series brings those processes together with individual fitting and inspection, giving its exterior presentation a foundation in component fit and manufacturing detail.

2.5-Pound Controlled Radius Trigger and Ambidextrous Safety

The one-piece Controlled Radius Trigger, or CRT, is factory set to a 2.5-pound pull. Its shape combines flat and radiused surfaces in a recognizable trigger profile developed for the platform. A defined pull weight and deliberate contact geometry make trigger feel a meaningful part of the NOX Gentleman experience.

The ambidextrous safety provides access from either side of the pistol. Together with the custom aluminum grips, it gives right- and left-handed shooters a clearly defined control layout.

RMR/SRO Optic Pattern and Full Dust Cover Rail

The NOX Gentleman is optic ready for the RMR/SRO pattern and uses direct-mount optic architecture. That defined footprint provides a clear starting point when selecting a compatible red dot. Match the optic and mounting hardware to the factory interface before purchase.

A full dust cover incorporates a Mil-Spec Picatinny rail for compatible rail-mounted accessories. Check accessory dimensions and clearance for the NOX Gentleman, particularly when planning a holster around the complete setup. The optic footprint and accessory rail give the pistol two distinct mounting interfaces, each with its own fit requirements.

Midnight Black with DLC and PVD Finishes

Midnight Black gives the NOX Gentleman a restrained black appearance that works naturally with a coordinated range setup. DLC and PVD finishes complement the dark presentation, while the wide-body slide and custom aluminum grips retain their distinctive contours. Choose this finish for a cohesive black 9mm with the Gentleman Series' hand-fitted construction, integrated compensator and 2.5-pound Controlled Radius Trigger.

18-Round Magazines and Soft Case

The included magazines hold 18 rounds of 9mm ammunition each. A soft case is also included for carrying the pistol between storage and the range. These practical additions complement the hand-fitted slide, custom aluminum grips and factory ported-and-compensated barrel system.
