Designed to tune suppressed performance. Venting almost certainly recommended for supersonic ammunition with short barrels. Compatible with Sig Sauer MCX Rattler, TACOPS, and Spear LT line of 300 BLK rifles, specifically shorter 5.5" and 6.75" variants. First Tunable Gas Valve for Sig MCX

The OMEGA Valve is the first tunable gas valve for the Sig Sauer MCX. The innovative design transforms MCX performance by enabling precise gas adjustment for diverse ammunition and suppressor combinations.

Four Gas Positions

Indexes on the gas valve retaining pin rather than ball detent within the gas block, allowing for four gas positions as opposed to the original two. The increased adjustment range accommodates wider variety of suppressor back pressures and ammunition loads.

Recessed Tapered Ports

The Mod. 2-S utilizes recessed, tapered ports to accelerate the velocity of the gas as it enters the expansion chamber of the Valve, improving reliability with a wider array of ammunition. The tapered port design enhances gas flow dynamics for consistent cycling.

PMM SCAR Gas Jet Compatibility

Utilizes Parker Mountain Machine SCAR gas jet screws, allowing the user to vent excess gas out of the front of the OMEGA Valve. Also available are Micro Jet Screws to allow even finer tuning of your system for hybrid silencers utilizing modern technologies.

17-4 Stainless DMLS Construction

Made from 17-4 stainless steel via additive DMLS manufacturing for high strength and corrosion resistance. The additive manufacturing process enables complex internal geometry optimized for gas flow.

Hexagonal Boron Nitride Coating

Coated in advanced hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) coating for enhanced lubricity and heat resistance. The hBN coating reduces friction and carbon buildup for reliable long-term performance.

Suppressed Performance Optimization

Designed to tune suppressed performance. When dialed in correctly, delivers softer recoil impulse, less severe at-ear sound signature when shooting with a silencer, and marginally reduced exposure to toxic gas regardless of ammunition and silencer choice.
