The Howa Mini EXCL Lite blends competition-grade accuracy with real-world portability. Built around Howa’s proven Mini action and topped with a 20" light heavy barrel, this rifle was designed for shooters who want serious performance without unnecessary weight. The free-floating synthetic chassis features a fully adjustable length of pull (LUTH buttstock, 12"–15") and a large ergonomic pistol grip so you can square up for follow-up shots with comfort and consistency.
