Item 90310 uses the Flex Tip expanding bullet in nickel-plated brass with a low-flash propellant. Hornady lists 1,010 FPS and 249 ft-lbs from a 4-inch test barrel, with a G1 BC of .131.

The polymer Flex Tip is meant to keep the hollow point from clogging in heavy clothing so the bullet can expand in short-barrel revolvers. Nickel cases are easier to see on a chamber check in low light, and the reduced-flash powder is intended to preserve night vision. This is a standard-pressure .38 Special load, not a +P offering.
