416-R Stainless Steel Construction

Stress-relieved 416-R stainless steel provides durability and accuracy. The stress-relief process eliminates internal stress from machining—maintains dimensional stability during repeated heating and cooling cycles.

Salt Bath Nitride Finish

Salt bath nitride finish applied inside and out provides exceptional lubricity, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. The inside treatment improves bore surface for consistent bullet release and easier cleaning.

Straight Fluted Profile

Straight fluting reduces barrel weight and increases surface area for heat dissipation during sustained fire. The fluting removes material in non-critical areas while maintaining bore structural integrity.

1/2-28 Threaded Muzzle

1/2-28 TPI threaded muzzle accommodates 9mm suppressors, compensators, and adapters. Compatible with Faxon EXOS-525 Pistol Compensator (sold separately). Standard thread pitch provides broad aftermarket accessory compatibility.

11° Target Crown

11° target crown ensures consistent bullet release for improved accuracy. The target crown geometry protects rifling at the muzzle and provides uniform gas release upon bullet exit.

1:10 Conventional Rifling

Conventional button-rifled barrel with 1:10 twist. Conventional rifling is fully compatible with cast lead and jacketed bullets—broader ammunition compatibility than polygonal rifling.

Drop-In P365 XL Fitment
