Crafted from 416R stainless steel and button-rifled with 5R geometry and a 1:8 twist, this barrel offers consistent precision across a wide range of bullet weights. The full nitride treatment—inside and out—adds corrosion resistance, reduces fouling, and extends service life. Faxon’s Nickel Teflon–coated M4 extension enhances lubricity and provides a tighter, more consistent lockup with the upper receiver. Each Match Series barrel is stress relieved, air-gauge tested, MPI inspected, and individually headspace-verified for dependable performance right out of the box.
