This complete upper receiver from Watchtower/F-1 Firearms features a 16" barrel with an A2 flash hider.  The 13.5" handguard features two QD attachment points and six M-Lok slots on the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions with seven M-Lok slots on the 6 o'clock position.  A Picatinny rail runs from the charging handle to the end of the handguard.  Comes with Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) and charging handle
