At the core of the system is a 3.3-gallon fuel reservoir, delivering over 4 minutes of continuous burn time if operated nonstop—making it ideal for prescribed burns, large brush clearing, perimeter ignition, and other demanding fire-starting tasks. The reservoir supports gasoline or gasoline–diesel mixtures, providing flexibility without the need for specialty fuels.

Despite its increased capacity, the backpack remains highly manageable. With fuel, the system weighs approximately 26 lb, and its slim-profile design keeps the load close to the body for improved balance and long-term comfort. Durable materials including aluminum and Viton components, combined with a powder-coated finish, ensure long service life in harsh outdoor environments.

A robust 6.5-foot PTFE-core hose with stainless steel braid and SS304 JIC fittings provides secure, reliable fuel delivery while allowing excellent freedom of movement. Precision fittings and a sealed fuel outlet maintain consistent flow and dependable operation throughout extended use.
