The Exigent Defense Vanish556™ is a premium lightweight 5.56 suppressor engineered for shooters who demand exceptional suppression performance, reduced gas blowback, and outstanding handling characteristics without adding unnecessary weight to the front of the rifle. Developed for modern carbines, duty rifles, and suppressor-ready SBR platforms, the Vanish556™ combines advanced DMLS titanium construction with innovative gas-flow technology to create one of the smoothest shooting suppressor systems available.

Constructed from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) using Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), the Vanish556™ features a one-piece tubeless design with no welds, seams, or traditional stacked baffles. This advanced manufacturing process allows for highly complex internal geometries that optimize sound suppression, gas management, and durability while dramatically reducing overall system weight. At just 10.2 ounces, the Vanish556™ keeps rifles agile, balanced, and maneuverable during extended range sessions, training classes, or high-volume shooting.

At the core of the Vanish556™ is Exigent Defense’s proprietary coaxial venting system, engineered to aggressively reduce back pressure and gas blowback commonly associated with traditional suppressors. The advanced forward gas redirection design channels expanding gases away from the shooter, helping reduce bolt speed, minimize gas-to-face, improve visibility, and decrease wear on internal rifle components. The result is a cleaner, smoother, and more reliable suppressed shooting experience on both semi-automatic and duty-grade platforms.

An integrated four-prong internal flash hider and directional gas ports further reduce visible flash signature while helping control blast and sound wave energy. Finished in CERAKOTE® C-Series C-102 Graphite Black, the Vanish556™ offers excellent resistance to heat, corrosion, abrasion, and harsh environmental conditions while maintaining a clean professional appearance.

This package includes the Rearden Atlas Plan B mounting system for secure taper-lock suppressor attachment with excellent repeatability and reduced carbon lock. Included is the Rearden Manufacturing FHD Flash Hider, a precision-machined 17-4PH stainless steel muzzle device designed for superior flash suppression and seamless suppressor integration. The Rearden Atlas Bravo HUB adapter provides rock-solid alignment and repeatable point-of-impact retention while maintaining compatibility with the industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB ecosystem.
