The Overwatch762™ Suppressor is a lightweight, mission-driven solution engineered for modern gas-operated DMR platforms like the AR10, while still excelling on bolt-action precision rifles. Designed with long-range shooters and professional users in mind, it balances low back pressure, consistent suppression, and exceptional durability in a compact form factor.

Manufactured using Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) from Grade 5 Titanium, the Overwatch762 features a monolithic, tubeless construction that eliminates weld seams and stacked components. This additive manufacturing process delivers outstanding strength-to-weight performance, thermal stability, and dimensional consistency, even under sustained firing conditions exceeding 900°F.

At its core is an advanced radial turbine baffle system that redirects expanding gases into a coaxial annular vent path, significantly reducing back pressure and blowback on semi-automatic rifles. This design improves gas system reliability, reduces felt recoil, and maintains consistent sound suppression across a wide range of calibers, including 7.62 NATO, .308 Win, and 6.5 Creedmoor. The optimized internal geometry also helps preserve barrel harmonics and minimizes point-of-impact shift—critical for precision work.

The suppressor utilizes industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB/Bravo threads, allowing compatibility with a wide range of mounts and quick-detach adapters (direct-thread adapter sold separately). An integrated four-prong flash-hiding end cap further reduces flash signature while enhancing sound wave disruption.

Finished in Cerakote® C-Series C-102 Graphite Black, the Overwatch762 gains additional protection against abrasion, chemical exposure, and thermal degradation, resulting in a non-reflective, field-ready suppressor built for harsh environments and sustained use.
