Developed in collaboration with B&T USA, the world’s largest suppressor manufacturer, the Exigent Defense FireTeam556™ is purpose-built for professionals who demand uncompromising durability, sound suppression, flash reduction, and reliability—without excess length or weight.

Blending the proven acoustic performance of the Vanish556 with the extreme strength of Inconel 718, the FireTeam556 delivers a compact, hard-use suppressor engineered to thrive under sustained fire. Its advanced internal architecture not only reduces sound and flash signature but also minimizes back pressure and gas blowback, making it an ideal choice for duty rifles, training platforms, and suppressed SBRs.

Manufactured using Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), the FireTeam556 features complex internal geometries impossible to achieve through traditional machining. This one-piece construction eliminates welded seams and conventional joints, reducing potential failure points while maximizing structural integrity. Through extensive simulation, prototyping, and live sound testing at B&T USA, the FireTeam556 was refined to channel expanding gases off the bore axis, improving shooter comfort, reliability, and controllability—especially during high rates of fire.

An integrated five-port counter-rotation internal flash hider further enhances performance by disrupting sound waves, redirecting gas flow, and dramatically reducing visible flash. Combined with Inconel 718’s exceptional resistance to heat, erosion, and oxidation, the FireTeam556 remains stable and consistent under demanding duty cycles and harsh environments.

Finished in CERAKOTE® C-102 Graphite Black, this suppressor resists abrasion and environmental wear while maintaining a professional, duty-ready appearance. Featuring industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB (Bravo) threads with wrench flats, the FireTeam556 supports a wide range of quick-detach mounts and adapters for fast, secure installation.
