The Comstock Armory Retro 3-Prong Flash Hider combines classic styling with a modern Plan-B suppressor mounting interface. Designed for 5.56/.223 rifles with standard 1/2-28 barrel threads, this flash hider is compatible with common .900"-24 Plan-B adapters, including the Comstock LPA, Q Plan-B, Rearden Atlas, and other compatible mounting systems.

Its three-prong design provides effective muzzle-flash reduction without the noticeable ringing associated with many pronged flash hiders. The rotationally symmetric design also eliminates the need for timing or shims, simplifying installation. Machined from high-strength 17-4 PH stainless steel and protected by a durable black nitride finish, it weighs just 2.1 ounces and measures 1.8" overall.

RPA Fitment Note

Because the 3-Prong uses two wrench flats at its base rather than a full hex, a socket cannot be used inside the RPA to remove the muzzle device if it becomes stuck. Proper installation of both the muzzle device and adapter is important. Follow Comstock Armory's installation instructions and recommended specifications.
