Built on the original CMMG® 9mm platform, the Mk9 uses Colt-style 9mm SMG magazines and utilizes the full set of AR15 controls as well as features like last round bolt hold open. With an 8” barrel this BANSHEE™ provides excellent terminal ballistics without the size and weight of a carbine length rifle.

Radial Delayed Blowback™ Operating System

Originally developed for the .45 ACP MkG platform, CMMG has adapted our Radial Delayed Blowback system across our pistol caliber lineup to create pistols and rifles with a softer recoil impulse and reduced bolt weight compared to traditional straight blowback systems.
