B&T XH-762 7.62mm Hybrid Titanium Inconel Plan B Hub Suppressor

The B&T XH-762 is a hybrid .30 caliber suppressor combining a 3D-printed titanium body with a 718 Inconel blast baffle. Designed around B&T’s Reduced Backpressure System (RBS), the XH-762 focuses on balancing lightweight construction, flash suppression, and reduced backpressure for high-round-count, high-heat applications.

The suppressor incorporates a low-flash design intended to minimize visible muzzle signature, while the weldless construction eliminates traditional weld points. B&T states that the RBS limits bolt-speed increase to under 2%, with testing reporting a negligible increase of approximately 1.9% on M4 carbines. The XH-762 is also described as having no barrel-length restrictions and being engineered for full-auto use.

The 1.375x24 TPI HUB interface and wrench flats provide mounting flexibility across compatible rifle systems. This configuration includes a B&T Taper HUB and RAID muzzle device, providing the components specified for the shown-as-shipped configuration.
