Crafted from rugged case-hardened 8620 steel and finished in corrosion-resistant Black Nitride, this bolt carrier group delivers enhanced lubricity and reduced wear—even in harsh environments or under heavy use. Carrier Group:

• Precision-machined from 8620 case-hardened steel

• Finished in Black Nitride for low-friction operation and long-lasting protection

• Gas key made from 4130 steel, staked with Grade 8 hardware in a milled valley

• Hardened 4340 cam pin

• 8740 steel Mil-Spec firing pin, centerless ground and hard chrome coated

Bolt Assembly:

• Made from 9310 case-hardened steel, CNC ground after heat treatment

• Finished in Black Nitride with shot peening for added strength

• 4340 extractor with Mil-Spec extractor spring & O-ring combo

• Fully MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected) and HPT (High Pressure Tested)
