Overview
Built to handle the added pressure and punch of big-bore AR calibers, the BHA Precision 6.8 SPC / .400 / .450 Black Nitride Complete Bolt Carrier Group is engineered to deliver smooth cycling, rock-solid durability, and long service life in AR-platform rifles chambered in 6.8 SPC, .400 Legend, and .450 Bushmaster. Paired with the BattleHawk Armory WarHammer Mod2 Ambidextrous Charging Handle, this kit upgrades both internal function and user ergonomics for serious shooters and hunters.

BCG — Heavy Duty Performance
The carrier is precision machined from 8620 case-hardened steel and finished in corrosion-resistant Black Nitride for enhanced lubricity and reduced wear in harsh conditions. The gas key is 4130 steel, milled valley, and staked with Grade 8 hardware. The bolt is CNC-ground from 9310 case-hardened steel, shot-peened and Black Nitride finished for maximum strength and fatigue resistance. The BCG uses a hardened 4340 cam pin and an 8740 Mil-Spec firing pin that is centerless ground and hard-chrome coated. Extractor is 4340 steel with Mil-Spec spring + O-ring combo. All bolts are MPI inspected and high-pressure tested.

WarHammer Mod2 Charging Handle — Faster, Cleaner, Safer
The BattleHawk WarHammer Mod2 is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum and features oversized ambidextrous levers for fast manipulation with either hand (ideal for gloved use). Mod2 relief cuts help direct excess gas away from the shooter’s face for more comfortable suppressed or high-volume shooting. Wide set-back latches clear large optics, and the higher rear shelf helps cover the upper receiver for reduced gas blowback.
