Overview
Designed to meet the demands of modern long-range and high-pressure AR platforms, the BHA Precision Black Nitride Complete Bolt Carrier Group is purpose-built for rifles chambered in 6.5 Grendel, 6mm ARC, and .22 ARC. Whether you're pushing for precision at distance, hunting in rugged conditions, or running a high-performance PRS-style rifle, this complete BCG delivers the durability, finish, and dimensional accuracy needed for reliable, repeatable function.

BCG — Precision & Durability
The carrier is precision-machined from case-hardened 8620 steel and finished in Black Nitride for reduced friction, improved wear resistance, and superior corrosion protection. The gas key is 4130 steel, secured with Grade 8 hardware and staked in a milled valley. The bolt is CNC-ground from 9310 case-hardened steel, shot-peened and Black Nitride finished for high fatigue life and strength. The group uses a hardened 4340 cam pin and an 8740 Mil-Spec firing pin that is centerless ground and hard chrome coated. Extractor is 4340 steel with a Mil-Spec spring and O-ring combo and receives manganese phosphate protection on contact surfaces. Every bolt is Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) and High Pressure Tested (HPT).

WarHammer Mod2 Charging Handle — Ergonomics & Gas Management
The BattleHawk WarHammer Mod2 is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum and features oversized ambidextrous levers for rapid manipulation in either hand — excellent for gloved use or when operating from unconventional positions. Mod2 relief cuts direct excess gas away from the shooter’s face for a cleaner, more comfortable shooting experience when suppressed or during high-volume strings. Wide set-back latches provide clearance for large optics, and the higher rear shelf helps shield the back of the upper receiver to reduce blowback.

• Charging handle: Fits Mil-Spec upper receivers. Verify clearance with your optic footprint prior to installation.
