Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the Aero Precision Atlas S-ONE 7.3" M-LOK handguard is engineered for lightweight, purpose-built AR projects where size, balance, and stiffness matter. The slim 1.3" ID / 1.5" OD chassis keeps the rifle nimble while providing robust accessory mounting via M-LOK and a front and rear Picatinny rail. Aero’s proprietary Taper Lock Attachment System secures the handguard to a custom barrel nut using mirrored tapered locking nuts, a turnbuckle screw, and a ratcheting detent for even clamping pressure and repeatable, distortion-free installs. All mounting hardware is included for a clean, reliable fit on mil-spec uppers.
