The longer slide adds an extra inch compared to the standard GX4, boosting muzzle velocity and sight radius for greater accuracy and more confident control during rapid fire.

The T.O.R.O. (Taurus Optic Ready Option) system allows direct mounting of today’s most popular micro red dots without adapter plates, including the Shield RMSc, Holosun HS507K X2, Sightmark Mini Shot A-Spec M3, and—via adapter plate—the Trijicon RMR® cc. When running iron sights, a blackout serrated rear and white-dot front provide fast, distraction-free sight alignment.

A DLC-coated stainless-steel barrel enhances durability, reduces friction, and improves performance across high round counts, while the gas-nitride–treated alloy steel slide increases surface hardness for dependable everyday carry. Shooters can tailor ergonomics with two included backstraps—standard or high-swell—for a natural point of aim.

The flat-face target trigger delivers a crisp break with a short, tactile reset that supports faster, more accurate follow-up shots. Additional defensive-focused design elements include a reversible magazine release, RMP indexing pad, grip and magazine cuts for emergency stripping, and an integrated Picatinny rail for lights or lasers.

With 11- and 13-round magazine options included, the GX4 XL T.O.R.O. offers enhanced capacity in a slim, carry-friendly profile.
